For those who value nature, privacy and the opportunity to own something truly unique, this 22.5-acre island offers a rare chance to become the steward of an expansive and largely untouched piece of the Ottawa River. Located in a quiet section of the river and predominantly surrounded by undeveloped land, the island provides a peaceful setting to experience nature at its best. Provincial park lands border the island to the south, while a small privately owned lot sits to the north, further contributing to its secluded and natural character. World-class whitewater rapids are also just a short boat ride downriver. Located approximately 1 hour 20 minutes from Ottawa and 30 minutes from Pembroke, with access by boat from the public launch at Lapasse. A rare opportunity to own, enjoy and help preserve a remarkable piece of the Ottawa River. 24 hours irrevocable on all offers.
